I had a genuinely wonderful experience, especially with the gorgeous breakfast spread and the luxurious bath setup—definitely a highlight. Plus, the cocktail selection at the bar was exquisite! I'd return without a doubt.

It's all excellent. The staff are best. Great nearby places include Vinoteca Marylebone, we usually had drinks there. We truly enjoyed that we could park our car nearby.

That was my second stay at The Arch and this time I liked it more because of the room on the upper floor. This time it was really quiet in the room as opposed to my first visit when I got a room on the first floor. In general, the hotel is new with a nice design of the rooms and the reception. The beds are quite comfortable, the staff at the reception desk are nice and helpful. The location is perfect - 5 minutes walk to Oxford street, which is very convinient if you consider doing shopping.
Honestly, I would not recommend going to the hotel restaraunt. It might be ok with breakfast, but a-la carte menu meals are overpriced and not good.

A very modern clean comfortable & welcoming hotel. The food in the restaurant was very good & breakfast in bed is thoroughly recommended! My room was pure luxery & the bathroom amazing with the flat screen tv mounted above the bath. Just a short stroll from Oxford Street & shopping, I was very impressed with every aspect of this hotel. Definately worth a visit again cant wait for the next time!

Location, just a breath away from Oxford street and Hyde park. Very friendly staff at the reception.
Breakfast should be included in stay price. Rather unfriendly staff at the breakfast.

The hotel offers a serene atmosphere with a warm and welcoming staff, ensuring a pleasant experience. Cleanliness standards in the Junior Suite were less than ideal upon check-in, though staff promptly addressed the issues. A lovely hotel worth considering for your stay.

The executive room offered a cozy, minimalist vibe with modern furnishings that felt fresh and clean. The location boasts easy access to metro stations and attractions, nestled nicely on a quiet street.
The breakfast spread was basic, with a small buffet where certain items ran out if you arrived late. Some quirks need addressing, like the absence of EU outlets and USB A/C options. If you require a spacious hotel experience, this place may feel a bit cramped at times. The corridors are dark and narrow, especially if you're carrying luggage.

Perfect. Even if you are young this is a great place to stay in a fantastic location close to the tube, shopping, Hyde Park, the movie theatre, several cafes, etc. Plus the service really is superb. Also liked the flat screen tv above the bathtub; nice touch. I will stay here again!

Very welcoming and good standard of room. Nice quality food also
Only the slightest of faults- between courses the table was left very crumby after a pizza dish.

The staff here are super warm and friendly, esp. Elizabeth at tokki who made breakfast so much fun. We loved the breakfast menu, and the room was really comfy with bright light and soft sheets. The location is perfect for walks in hyde park and only a few mins from marble arch tube.

The beautiful double room was really spacious compared to other hotels. Its location is great, just a short walk to hyde park and the shopping and dining options at oxford street and mayfair. The staff were friendly. Their attention to detail in service stood out that much better. The gym facilities were also fantastic for keeping up my routine.
